Carolyn and I want to thank all of you for your help with our slide issues. Tom was very competent, professional, and customer focused. He did a thorough examination of our coach, adjusted one of the living room slides and found that the source of our water leak was just a bulb seal on our bedroom slide. After that, he checked all of our seams and caulked any that were in need. We had a good bit more rain on our trip home with no signs of leaks.
