My wife and I recently purchased a Sunset Grand Reserve from Kansas RV Center. Each step was handled perfectly. Orville was helpful and considerate throughout the initial purchase, and was able to answer many questions from a novice camper such as myself.
Upon arriving to pick up the trailer, we had two kind folks give us an external and internal walkthrough showing and describing the attributes and the technical aspects of our trailer. This was as a third was putting on the sway bar, which they also walked us through. Again everyone was very helpful.
Kiz sorted out our paperwork, and got us all signed sealed and delivered
Russell then took us for a drive, and helped us get some basic driving techniques understood.
We spent our first night in the local city campsite, and the next morning Russell came over to check and see if we had survived the night and also helped us get fully hooked up. This to us was a life saver.
We would like to thank everyone who we met and worked with on our trailer purchase. The whole team is marvelous.
